Being sleep-deprived is part of being a new parent. Fact – but not for long. After the first few whirlwind weeks, it's possible to teach your little one to snooze for longer at night and nap consistently in the day.
As a certified baby sleep consultant, I help newborns to 4-year-olds sleep better. In turn, you'll welcome back a decent night's kip and start operating above 20% again.

I'm Laura, mother to two children of 3 and 1. I live in Wiltshire, England with my husband (and Labrador!).

When I was an exhausted first-time mother, getting a sleep consultant changed my life. I couldn't believe I needed external help, but it made such a difference that I decided to get qualified myself. I love my job – it's so rewarding helping new parents recharge so they can look after their children and enjoy their own lives, too.

I offer a free 15-minute meet-and-greet call before you choose a package or pay for anything. To schedule this, drop me a note.
Personal consultations
All packages start with a consultation to discuss your situation and your child’s sleep. We can do that in person, on the phone or on a video call.
Bespoke sleeping plans
You'll get a sleep plan specifically tailored to your child. It'll include a sleep routine, tips to optimise sleep environment, settling techniques and more.
Daily support
Choose a package with 2-3 weeks' WhatsApp support to get extra reassurance. If you have any questions or doubts while you're following a plan, I'll be on hand.
